We’ve all been told that diet sodas probably aren’t that great for a diet, so what are we supposed to drink? What weight loss drinks will really help us… and actually taste good? Because those lemon grass smoothies just aren’t cutting it. I mean we need something that’s going to make us get healthier but not leaves us craving a milkshake.

Well after searching for drinks that aren’t going to make us feel like we’re cows grazing on fields, I found some awesome (and easy) recipes that will have you slimming down happily. I wanted to find options for you all that wouldn’t make you feel like you’re missing out. You’d still get to have something tasty and refreshing, but it wouldn’t be a chore to drink (and it wouldn’t leave you craving something sugary and unhealthy).

I chose ten awesome weight loss drinks that will keep you satisfied, but I also included a link (to a list of other weight loss drinks) of where I found them. Teas are easy to make, which is why I appreciate this list of teas that will help you melt the fat. It gives you a good rundown on what you should expect when it comes to weight loss and how it works. But if you’re looking for the best one, then I’d suggest..

Green Tea: I talk about drinking this in my post on How to Lose 15 Pounds in 1 Month Without Exercising; it really is one of the best weight loss drinks. Green tea has an antioxidant called catechin which boosts your metabolism and helps you drop the pounds. Drinking more than 4 cups of it a day will speed things up and get you to your weight loss goal faster.

All Citrus Flavored Water: Not shown in the infographic above, this infused water is packed with Vitamin C which is great for weight loss and will help speed up your metabolism. Easy to make, it’s an awesome drink for on the go.

Spoon-full? That sounds… well that sounds relatively easy. I’ve tried most of these and I have to say that this one is probably the best for slimming down.

Pineapple, Banana, Coconut, Turmeric, and Chia Seed Smoothie: Now that might be a bit of a long name, but it’s honestly an amazing drink. Chia seeds are packed with protein which helps with weight lose, and the others help to lower your appetite and get your metabolism working.
